- All returns are subject to prior approval.
- Mdecor LTD T/A Tile Deals has a policy of not accepting returns if you have ordered too many or change your mind. We will willingly fulfil our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act if the product is defective.
- All other returns, if accepted, will be charged a 20% handling fee.
- We cannot accept returns for indented items, sale or clearance lines, damaged or partly opened boxes or goods received later than 14 days after the invoice date.
- MINIMUM RETURN OF 4 BOXES OR MORE.
- NO RETURNS ON WEEKENDS
- ALL RETURNS MUST BE DROPPED AT WAREHOUSE . AND FILL RETURN FORM FOR REFUND.
